Submit donations for the Classic
The Zephyr Cove Tennis Club Foundation (a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization) is keeping youngsters and adults active through a variety of programs on the six courts at Zephyr Cove Park. While Douglas County owns the courts, the Foundation maintains them and provides tennis programs for members and the public.
The Foundation’s purpose is to promote tennis as an enriching, healthy, and lifelong sport to all ages and abilities by providing financial, programming, and organizational support to the Zephyr Cove Tennis Club.
Our major fundraiser is the annual Tahoe Tennis Classic Tournament. We expect to draw more than 250 players and spectators from throughout the United States for this year’s Classic.
During the Classic, we have a silent auction and 50/50 raffle to raise money needed for our programs and facility upgrades. 100% of the proceeds are used to expand programs and to improve the facilities.
With the assistance of people and businesses contributing items for the Classic raffle/silent auction or donating cash, the Foundation can continue to provide recreational and competitive tennis. We recognize support year-round on our website (see https://www.zctennis.com/2022-classic-donors/) and during the tournament.

We will provide a tax receipt for your donations. Donations to the Foundation may be tax deductible pursuant to the provisions of section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, 26 U.S.C. § 170(c). Please discuss the tax treatment of all donations with your tax professional. Thank you!
